New default configuration file. This is sensors.conf.eg with only
mainboard-neutral statements. This means in particular:
* Only internally-scaled voltages are configured.
* Only internal temperature sensors are labelled.
* No fan labels.
We will soon switch to this configuration file as the default,
for both performance and correctness.
