For some of these pages it would be good to have support for Restructured Text, will ask for it.

ruik and I have started to work on porting the FAQ. FAQ's table of content will be at 'FAQ' and chapters will be at FAQ/ChapterX. Still needs a bit of work.

FAQ has been added. It contains sometimes the (fixme) so please fix this ;) Checking of links to old/new pages must be done.

I've got a script ready for exporting tickets from the old system. I want to do a couple tests here to see how things like entities are handled:

OK, support tickets are imported, placed into components which correspond to the old system's categories (for now anyway), and are marked new or closed based on status from the old system.
