Description

Hi, I have a Compaq ML330 with a ServerWorks? CSB6 Southbridge running Debian Etch 2.6.18 and lm-sensors 2.10.1. Have done sensors-detect etc and modprobe'd i2c-piix4 and eeprom, restarted lm-sensors and sensord, but when I run sensors it says no sensors found. Has anyone got any experience with something similar?

Download the latest version (2.10.5) of the lm-sensors package, run sensors-detect and post the full output to the list.

I'm guessing there is a dependency problem because. The installed version of libc6 is 2.3.6, but the deb package in the Debian testing dist requires libc6 >= 2.6.1, so I assume lm-sensors 2.10.5 will need at least this. I am very reluctant to start messing around upgrading to test/unstable packages as this is a production server. Peter

OK. Managed to upgrade libc6 and install lmsensors/libsensors ver 2.10.4. Output from sensors-detect follows;
