Swap lm-sensors branches in SVN

Description

The trunk is in maintenance mode while branch lm-sensors-3.0.0 is the active one. Better rename the trunk to legacy or something, and make lm-sensors-3.0.0 the new trunk. I don't know exactly how we can do that with SVN. I hope simple moves will do, but maybe not.

Then we will have to update many links in the wiki.
