Add ATK0110 detection to sensors-detect

We need to think about the integration of the asus_atk0110 driver. The virtual ATK0110 device is not detected by sensors-detect yet, while the physical device backing it up may be detected. This will lead to the confusing situation where sensors-detect tells the user to load one driver but the driver the user actually needs is another one.

So we need to add support to sensors-detect. The detection should be done early, so that I/O access to Super-I/O and possibly SMBus is skipped if an ATK0110 device has been detected.
